I spent a beautiful morning with Miss M today. Usually, it's get up-get dressed-and get out the door - - and it all happens before she ever wakes up. Today, as I was getting ready to leave, I peeked into her room and she was awake! It took me about half a second to realize that I could be a few minutes late to work today (one time wouldn't be that big of a deal) - - what a wonderful way to start my day! We just laid on my bed, talked and waited for SN to get out of the shower. I feel calm and relaxed!
