Halloween Parade

Miss No-No had her Halloween parade at school on Friday. It was very cute!

Then we had "Franken Peppers" for dinner!

The pumpkin is a raw, red bell pepper with the top cut off (obviously!) and a little of the bottom trimmed off so that it wouldn't move around. The eyes and smile are nori sheets "glued" on with almond butter. I put whole wheat pasta inside with edamame on top for the hair. The ghosts on the sides are mashed potatoes with caper eyes! She loved it! :)

More later! :)
